RETURN • POLICY
・Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, we can make refunds for unworn and undamaged jewelry pieces. Because of all items are made to order, you will be charged a 15% restocking cost. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be charged from the buyer for new shipment.
For Personalized orders; we cannot make a refund if we have not made any mistake on your order.
Earrings are not refundable due to health and hygiene reasons
Buyer is responsible for the return shipment. The first shipping cost is non refundable.
