RETURN • POLICY
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders
- Please make sure you choose correct necklace size. Exchange requests will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons. (Chain extender is available which will extend any necklace by 2 to 10 inches)
